Dermatology Medical Director
Dr. Francis Hsiao is a board-certified dermatologist with advanced fellowship training in Mohs micrographic, reconstructive, cosmetic and laser surgery. He has been invited to lecture in multiple national and international meetings. He makes patient care his top priority. His ultimate goal is for all his patients to love how their skin looks and feels. Subscribing to the philosophy that healthy skin stems from a regular lifestyle, healthy diets, and gentle skin care, Dr. Hsiao believes that each person needs a personalized plan to optimally nurture their skin. In addition, he is also an expert in botox, fillers, laser technology, and cosmetic surgical procedures. He employs these techniques to help his patients achieving their goals.*
Dr. Hsiao pursued his bachelor and graduate degrees at Ivy-league institutions, Cornell University and Harvard University, where he was supported by the prestigious Howard Hughes Medical Institute and National Science Foundation. He was fortunate to be mentored by several giants in academics, including two Nobel Prize laureates.
When not in the clinic, Dr. Hsiao enjoys tennis, running, fitness training, cooking, arts, music, theatre, live performance, and spending time with his friends and family in the Bay Area.
